An impact company utilising tech providing guidance and mental health support by developing AinoAid™ service, i.e., a knowledge bank and AI chatbot to provide information, support and guidance 24/7 for anyone affected by domestic violence. A fun fact: Anna learned how to snowboard at the age of 38, a true example of her resilience and determination.

    Johanna Rantanen is a Partner at and one of the founders of Dottir. Dottir is one of Finland's fastest-growing business law firms of the past decade, with deep expertise in the technology and growth company sector.     Founder, Crush Movement

    Katja Presnal is a powerhouse in marketing, business strategy, and community building. As the founder of Crush Movement, she is on a mission to make Finland the first country in the world where the gender gap is closed and grow the national economy by empowering women leaders. As a serial entrepreneur and a marketing strategist Katja has built spaces where women thrive for over 15 years.

    Katja has built online communities for global brands like Walmart and Lifetime TV as a pioneer in influencer marketing while living in the USA. She has led teams of hundreds, and won seven American Advertising Awards, working with startups and Fortune 100 companies.

    CEO & Lawyer at Scott & Co.

    Rasheka is a trailblazing lawyer of Jamaican descent with over 16 years of experience guiding start ups and international luxury brands on all things IP, tech and privacy. She founded her boutique legal consulting firm Scott & Co. last year after serving as the Head of IP & Tech at Dottir Attorneys. She is a Board Member of UNICEF Finland and CRUSH Movement. Rasheka is a retired Brazilian show dancer and speaks 4 languages.

    Valérie Asunta
    Co-founder, Rebl Eats

    After 12 years in Stockholm leading global product innovations and brand at Absolut Vodka, Valerie moved to Helsinki. She took this chance to quit her corporate job and pursue her passion for food & health.

    Currently CEO/cofounder at Rebl Eats (www.rebleats.com), she is now driving the green transition of food, together with her 3 cofounders and team of Rebls. In 3.5 years, they have shaped this next generation food startup into a near-5M€ business, now expanding internationally. Fun fact: 2 years after moving to Finland, Valerie landed in a Finnish reality TV show.
